Naruto would win since boss toads could take care of danzo's summon and naruto can use sage sensing when danzo reappears somewhere after he "dies". naruto mid to high diff.

due to naruto sage sensing, this all but put this battle in his favor easily. frogs beat basically every summon as they have shown to be very versatile.

Naruto wins if Danzo is in the same condition when fighting Sasuke.
If Shisui eye is allowed, bar using KA, I can see him sneak a genjutsu here and there. Danzo can win in that kind of condition.

how would strenght break him out? It was sasuke's exceptionally strong chakra that broke him out. He would most definitely need kurama's help to be freed

Danzo can hold Izanagi for ten minutes, Naruto can hold SM for 5 minutes, even less if he uses Rasenshuriken. I'm favoring Danzo here, especially since Naruto lacks a defense like Susano'o, which was what allowed Sasuke to win.
