OT: Sasuke wins. Medium-High difficulty. This has been discussed before and the conclusion was clear.

Even if sasuke has PS its not on the same level as madaras, sasuke has alot lower chakra levels than madara, sasuke has displayed that even with only a v1/v2 susanoo he gets tired very quickly like kage summit/danzou where he ran out of chakra. Kurama giving him chakra was only reason he could maintain PS.

Sasuke doesn't possess Kurama and can't break out of chibaku tensei like that.

My mistake, I meant those for Sasuke vs Nagato without the Peins.
With the Peins, Hebi gets defeated relatively easy. MS Sasuke will put up more of a fight thanks to Susanoo.
EMS Sasuke still wins though imo.

Its like saying a shinra tensei from nagato is the same power as one from juubi jin madara. There the same attack but on a whole other level due to other factors
