Not everyone can make use of it.
Can you please expand upon that statement as I thought that anybody can learn haki except for the conqueror's haki which is only found in 1 in a million people? I mean Sanji, Zoro and Luffy learned all types of haki during the time skip and even Coby has used haki. Therefore, there should be no reason for Nami, Ussop or the rest of the crew to learn and make use of haki.

Sanji and Zoro learned 2 types of Haki

And what he meant is that even if everyone CAN learn it not everyone does because it took a fighting genius like Liffy a year and a half to get to where he is

Yes, I know. I was alluding to what I said before about them learning all types of haki that could be learned by training (observation and armament). Sorry If I was unclear. Also, I see now what she meant but don't you think that Coby, who was weaker than Nami and Ussop, learned haki and is now stronger than them, shows that they can learn it as well. I mean Coby is not a genius but I guess his ambition in fighting and strength is what makes the difference.

That would be just kinda weird imo :/
Plus their fighting styles are all so different.
There would be little to teach except haki. But they would each need to figure out different ways of it fitting into their fighting styles.

they would give training that's too harsh for the other team weaklings
5 year old luffy throw into the jungle to become immortal.
5 year old Zorro taking over dojos to become a master
5 year sanji fighting one of the most infamous pirates to ever live just to end up starving on an island

If the straw hat crew cant handle a few nights in the jungle then they won't make it in the water

theres no training those useless ****s especially usopp... franky is the only reliable one outside of the m3
Idk man, Usopp as a marksmanship he's good, Nami is a good Navigator, Robin is powerful in her own right, Chopper, well Chopper is Chopper, and Brook is strong. They're all strong but in their own ways, if they aren't good at fighting they're good at what they're position on the crew is supposed to be.

theres no use in having weak crewmates no matter their role. what if one were to get taken hostage? or endanger luffy by getting in his way?
CoO would go a long long way to helping nearly any fighting style. i cant think of a situation where it wouldnt be semi useful

She U_U

I mean that even though everyone has haki not everyone can make a use of it in fighting or they don't even realize they have it.
M3 went through some very harsh moments to obtain it and they trained 2 years under people who had a great mastery over haki plus great fighting experience. I don't think that Luffy, Zoro and Sanji have what it takes to teach the rest of the crew. Not because they are not good enough in using haki but because it takes much more than just having it to teach it to another person. Also don't forget that M3 spent 2 years just training to have this results, it's not something they can learn while sailing from island to island.

Sorry If I was unclear. Also, I see now what she meant but don't you think that Coby, who was weaker than Nami and Ussop, learned haki and is now stronger than them, shows that they can learn it as well. Coby is trained next to Garp and he went through an emotional crisis in a very difficult situation to obtain haki. Of course the rest of the crew can obtain haki too, but I think the circumstances they are under does not favor haki training. They might have free time when sailing but they all have different things to do while sailing (navigate, take care of the ship etc). Also, a ship sailing peaceful to the sea is not the best scenario to exercise in haki (Luffy was training in a jungle full of wild beasts).

Useless? I remember Nami taking out the bubbles chick when Sanji lost from her.

The SH crew is not weak. In tough situations all members have contributed so that they can achieve their goal. Not all of them are top tier but all of them have a unique trait that makes them irreplaceable.
