No, you wouldn't. You would still keep reading it, even after the nonsense. It's really hard for anyone to drop it at this point. Besides, kishi has been lacking logic for quite some time now, so it wouldn't be a surprise.

Nobody who says "if X happens, I'll drop the manga" will actually drop the manga.
