i think it would be stupid if you can just hand over sage mode. the only that actually makes since that you can do that is the curse mark as it is made from the study of juugo's dna and his abiloty to naturally take in natural energy. as for having dragon sage mode, that would be stupid. the whole point of sage mode is that it's suppose to be hard to gain and master, and those only with enough chakra can achieve. to just receive it because you recieved cells when you are dying makes no sense.
