I think adult base(ms) Obito beats Minato..the reason is that he barely beat 16 Obito while he was half distracted by controlling the 9 tails 9(the 4th keep about how long he could summon him for)and the 4th acknowledged that Obito time space jutsu was better i believe he caught obito off guard with the change of speed from the change in speed in from FTG and FTG2 if they fight again that would not happen

Genjutsu is something that Obito never used on other opponents, but he did use on Yagura by the help of Hashirama's cells... So we don't know that Obito is good at using it. You can't just come up with Genjutsu that someone never really used it before....

Some chapter lately, I was surprised that Minato could do seals with just one arm, imo... And, confirmation of how fast his Rasengan execution is, so by that he switched from sealing to Rasengan in an instant. His combo can be used on different variants like when he FTG above Obito with Rasengan and then he did mark him after the blow... Even Obito is stronger now, It doesn't mean he can read or beat Minato.

HOWEVER, even that day you know you can beat that opponent, I'm telling you... Minato is not that easy to beat.

Where did he used the power of Rinnegan? He only used it to capture the beast by the chains, that's all... His Rinnegan powers doesn't have any powers like Nagato or Madara. The only he has to fight Minato is Kamui and goes intangible.
