i use (Fuuton:Atsugai)-Wind Style Pressure Damage-A Huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path.

TO avoid the wind bullet?
The wind bullet hits you if you use that to stop it..
And i use this to stop yours.

It surrounds me.. No wind can go through..

Back up? Meaning to Hakke kuushou(empty palm) hits you.. Becasue you cant avoid jutsus by backing up..
And the ribbon jutsu cant be done, since it isnt raining.. So thats a wasted move.
