According to Orochimaru, Sasuke was much stronger than 4 Tails Naruto. A single Genjutsu earns Sasuke a win against 4 Tails Naruto.

Tell me, how the hell does Sakura pull off a win? Neji's undoubtedly faster than her, he can catch her off guard with Hakke Kusho, and she literally has nothing that can penetrate Kaiten.
