Scenario 1: Honestly i think ot could go either way, Sakura can outlast him through evasion and the use of the Yin Seal for sustain but i see Neji defeating her if she goes on the offensive and makes a mistake.
Scenario 2: Team Hyuga. Ino won't be of any use here.
Scenario 3: Same as 1.
Scenario 4: Neji + Sasuke win.
