Well, with enough speed he can beat people like Sasuke or Naruto before their defenses are up. Anybody without a defense like susano'o or a bijuu cloak is dead meat, regardless. Or Kabuto and Suigetsu, I guess.

Regeneration only goes so far. Kurama healing or Senju healing isn't fixing your skull severing your brain into pieces.

False, Tsunade's durability without activating the yin seal far acceeds Orochimaru's. Orochimaru has to rely on the snake transformation.. Tsunade can easily survive being cut in half without the yin seal or anything.

Actually it could. As long as Kurama doesn't die immediately, he can restore the tissue. He restored the tissue, bone and muscle in Naruto's shoulder when Sasuke blew it out with Chidori and this was before their chakra were so directly and deeply intertwined, he can repair the tissue of other body parts too.
