For those who claim Gai going to saved with the Sage Tool with Kinkaku and Ginkaku chakra, then you guys clearly are mistaken.
The part of Kyubi chakra that was infuse with the Gedo Mazo was when Obito transcended into a God are now in the possession of Madara after the pull tug of war when Naruto and the Shinobi Alliance revert all the Jiinchiruke to their original form and part of the Ninetails were among the tug of war.
After that, Madara simpily took all the Ninetails including part of Ginkaku and Kinkaku chakra inside Naruto.
Gai will easily knock Madara with 8th gates, then he'll die, Lee will be going enraged when he witness his loss of his sensie, Gaara will back him up finally seeing tribute like the good ol days in part 1.
Tenten will be more likely be more experimenting with the Sage tools to defeat Madara, she'll be huge part in this play regardless how many people think shes a fodder, but once she strikes at Madara she'll be relavent .
I still believe we're going to see Phoenix Neji in spirit form to be the savior cause of what Hinata pleaded him to protect Naruto.
So yes, Team Gai are going all out!! ALL HAIL MIGHT GUY!!!
EDIT: I don't understand what makes you people he's not when in fact Gai even said so in this chapter, as he even stated his youth is over and he'll become a Red Beast, you can even feel his passion, this honestly touch my heart.
