There will be padded cannon. Cannon mixed with relevant fillers. For example, naruto shippuden 322 contain fillers that prolong the fight. So, we might have fillers that can extend the fights in the juubi revival arc.

I heard that they want to continue with obito and madara right after the kakashi anbu filler but I'm not quite sure

Well i kind of liked the fillers when madara was kicking SA's ass but when i said fillers i mean fillers like this, like in the battlefield they just think about an irrelevant story and so on.

Oh yeah definitely some filler, but not many in Naruto. I mean maybe 5-10 minutes out of the last filler episodes of Naruto were decent. The rest was just talking and Danzo being his usually mean self. They could have had a Kakashi vs Orochimaru fight, a Hiruzen vs Danzo fight, and a few others but they just threw away those perfect opportunities.
One of the only acceptable filler I've seen was when Goku and Piccolo got their licenses...

Well, I don't mind fillers but now we have to get back to canon. hmm Oh and if they do bring some fillers, then as long as their short and good to watch then I'm cool with it. :yeah: As long as we don't see some shit like "kon, kon, kon" or that talking ostrich. :devil: That's just a waste of space. U_U

There is a 70 percent probability that there won't be any irrelevant fillers at all . The studio said cannon would continue for the rest of the year. So, don't think there will be fillers like naruto vs some ostrich or yota
The director of animation or something like that, said that they indeed want to do only canon episodes this year and it's a decision they'll stick with as long as well, it's possible, aka they are not catching-up with the manga too fast. 
So let's hope they're not.

This.... AND why didn't they make a more Minato fight, he just died after one episode, wtf? It supposed to be a great filler, but without him I did stop watching Kakashi Anbu fillers.

They will probably reach return of madara arc.
1 episode=3 manga chapters
Padded episode=1-2 manga chapters
Assuming it starts from april, cannon will be there for 32 weeks.
32 weeks with normal episodes and padded episodes=an average of 2.5 manga chapters=80 chapters. This is the absolute boundary. The true value will be less and approximately the same as the above figure.
