Gai knock Minato outta top 10?

Madara is confident about taking on Gai which is why he fought Gai head on but others won't do that. For example Sasuke thought he could fight Bee and got owned but Itachi avoided same Bee them pretty easily.

Madara didn't even have time to react completely, he didn't try to fight head on. We see the the panel (!) when Gai used 7th gate.

Sasuke doesn't have Itachi speed for one

we don't count suicide moves or moves that can only be used once or twice (izanami, 8 gates, shiki fujin, etc) so it doesn't change his placement. we still only consider 7 gates gai

Garra had sand shield the entire fight, Lee couldn't withstand 5th

Madara underestimated Gai and thought he can easily avoid his attacks,that's why didn't tried to avoid him at first,later he avoided pretty much every attack of Gai and Yes he tried to attacks Gai here.

He can make clones to fool Gai and has alot of methods to deal with Gai.Being too good at single thing can't do any good to U against a skilled ninja.

Madara knew Minato used ftg? If so, you're saying its predicable overall and easy to counter

Gai defeated himself in most respect.

Bee is exceptional and vastly underrated.
Madara has studied FTG from Tobirama, with his senjutsu, he can easily counter it as shown.
Its easy to counter assuming you have the means, which most character dont.

Just another Minato hater. Gai is handsdown the "FASTEST TAIJUTSU" user for a limited amount of time. Stop comparing it to FTG, nothing is faster than instant. If Madara was tagged with FTG, it would've been a different story.

Overall Gai will only be in Top 10 when he using his 7th and 8th gate, other than that compare Gai to the Raikage instead.

Madara was aware of gates and advised him to use 8th. Madara underestimates everyone, he was just being cocky. Madara didn't dodge any of his blows, Gai landed the two blows delivered.

Sasuke is slower regardless

Both are debatable. Minato has not really counter for genjutsu and can be caught. Minato has no feats to kill Orochimaru and would fall to poison if used, let alone Edo
