You need Senju DNA, and presumably be close to death to awaken the sages eyes. Sasukes situation ticks both of these boxes. What aren't you seeing? Or, are you going to sit there, shaking your head in denial until you're proven wrong by Kishi?

I think he will now. This is basically the exact same thing Madara did in order to achieve the Rinnegan (applied Hashirama's DNA into his wounds or something like that and being near-death), though the method isn't the exact same thing, but it's similar.

I agree logically thats were this is all headed. Sasuke with being Near Death+Hashi DNA=Rinnegan. But I still am hoping it it something more then that. I just dont see how Sasuke having Rinnegan can help him fight Madara who already has it. Plus Sasuke has never used it while Madara has some experience at least with understanding how it works. It just doesn't seem to me at least to be the power up that will help him and naruto defeat Madara. I know its a really long shot but im still hoping he gets the elder sons eyes...

Pay attention to the manga; The only reason it took Madara so long is because he use degraded Senju DNA in the form of Zetsu material. Kabuto has the proper Hashirama DNA from Orochimaru's proper cloning technique so Sasuke's results will be near immediate and maybe even stronger.
