I throw a shuriken and use my wind chakra on it to move it around 1st right then up then down then right again then it does a 360 spin
now to do it with a few shuriken I throw 4 shuriken and try to do the same but its harder I try 3 times more and finnally get it right with my wind chakra the shuriken first goes left then right then left then up

my addition I throw a demon wind shuriken and use my wind chakra to move it first right and then left and then down

I try 1 more time and perfect the jutsu leveling a tree near by

A thin whirlwind is useless , since they can step through it.
Just make the edges of the tornado sharp.

It cannot blow a big rock into the sky. It can only affect medium sized objects. Try again.
