Tbh there seems to be a lot of who ha on the forums atm about Naruto possibly gaining the Rinnegan from having all 9 of the biju chakras.
However I am skeptical about it being a permanent power-up.
I believe that if Naruto gained the Rinnegan his own sheer incompetence would make the power up meaningless.
For Kishi to avoid this problem he has two paths open to him at the moment.
PATH ONE:
Hagaromo shows up in the Jinchuriki plane as a chakra imprint and teaches Naruto about the Rinnegan and its jutsu in depth, also allows for us the readers to gain much more info about him and his past. Naruto awakens with the knowledge and skill necessary to wield his temporary Rinnegan against Madara. Pseudo time dilation training ala DBZ.
After Madara is defeated Rinnegan fades due to not having sustainable reserves of the other 8 Biju inside him.
PATH TWO:
Hagaromo as a chakra imprint shows up in Naruto and while he is still unconscious takes control of Naruto's body and fights Madara personally. Ergo Naruto will be well capable of using the Rinnegan but it won't be a "Naruto" feat ergo its Hagaromo acting through him rather than Naruto becoming his second coming.
This ensures that Naruto doesn't become too OP and will remain clueless until he wakes up, at which point Madara will have already been defeated. After Madara is defeated Rinnegan fades due to not having sustainable reserves of the other 8 Biju inside him.
CONCLUSION:
Any power up Naruto gains at this point will be in one word : TEMPORARY
I wouldn't expect Naruto to retain the Rinnegan in any fashion after its immediate need is finished.
My personal fav idea is Path two because it makes Naruto less OP after the battle with Madara is finished. It will also allow us to see some OP shit from Hagaromo.
