Didn't Naruto have a 2 in gen, and i'm pretty sure he's surpassed both Minato and Jiraya. Monato gets the same score as his son.​

Wow, you really don't want to give Minato a decent score lol, if you can give me a decnt reason why Tsunade with 0 genjutsu feats is able to get a 3.5 then maybe i'll agree with you. Jiraya said Minato was one of the most gifted ninja who ever lived, one that only came around once in a generation, yet you think he's a 2, that's rich. The 3rd Databook was released September 2008, Naruto didn't even know Sage Mode then, his taijutsu was lacking, his ninjutsu was lacking (pretty sure he only just learned Rasenshuriekn not too far from that time). Yet you are comparing Naruto who was chunin level at best to Hokage Minato - funny.

streghth 3 (hasnt demonstrated strength at all).
Speed 5 (is extremely fast dont need to say much more).

Seal knowledge 4( hasnt shown iq or variance in seal knowledge department but get four since jiraiyas student so may have learnt somethings)

Seal Knowledge you say he hasn't shown enough in this department. Have you forgetten the complex seal on Naruto's stomach or the Reaper death seal. Minato is the best when it comes to sealing.

You can't master sage mode without being a 5 in stamina and chakra. Jiraya was a 5 and his sage mode is incomplete, I suggest you re think this. Summoning bunta alone suggests how big his chakra is.

Ninjutsu he's a 5 no question, he invented the Rasengan (this is the highest form of chakra manipulation), he perfected FTG, he's a master at sealing, sage mode enhances all his ninjutsu, uses shadow clones, he's a sensor and he can transfer chakra.

Naruto did not surpass Jiraya until he learned Sage mode so stfu. The databook hasn't been updated since then, hence why Naruto is still on a 2 - Naruto hasn't even reached his prime yet, you're comparing early-mid shippuden Naruto to Jiraya and Minato lol. At least current Naruto can break out of any genjutsu thanks to Kurama helping him out, so that would boost his genjutsu stat by at least 0.5 or more. Yes Naruto was chunin level, he wasn't allowed to use Rasenshuriken because it damages his arm severely. He didn't improve in combat until he went to mount myboku at which point Kakashi still owned both him and Sakura at once.

You're the one who can't get off your high horse and think logically, Minato was gifted, once in a decade genius, surpassed Jiraya and the rest of the sannin, Jiraya. All of which have 3 or above in genjutsu. Oro has a 5, Anko has a 4, Shizune has a 4, Yamato has a 3.5, Part 1 Kabuto 4.5, Sai has a 3 Hidan has a 3, Sasori has 4... I could go on forever but my point is that none of the people I just mentioned have genjutsu feats, even fodders like Sai, Shizune, Anko, Hidan, even Genma has a 3. But according to you, The Fourth Hokage will only have a 2 XD.

Jiraya stated that he was no good with genjutsu yet gets a 3, I'd assume that Minato would at least get the same score add the person who trained him and considering Minato surpassed his sensei, I'd say 3.5 is reasonable.

We all know that Minato is best of his era or even the following eras, only one that surpassed him is Obito, Naruto hasn't surpassed Minato [Naruto may pack more raw power but he's not on Minato's level at all]

Minato has a perfect SM, Minato can do one many armed Jutsus, Minato can Hiraishin without hand-seals or hands. Minato has a large chakra pool. Everything I said can be backed up easily with manga scans but this isn't the main point of this thread, in this thread I'll deduce Minato's databooks score

Ninjutsu:

Taijutsu:

Only Person to have bested Ay+Bee in seconds or the fact that he beat Tobi [Taijutsu augmented with his speed, reactions and Hiraishin makes him one of the best ever]

Genjutsu:

Jiraya has a 3, Tsunade has 3.5, Minato is better than both but I put him at Tsudane's level in this one.

Intelligence: No Explanation Required.

Strength:

Obviously stronger than Jiraya, cut through Bee's tentacle like it was butter, pierced Tobi's Mokuton body with which Tobi easily blocked the executioner's blade U_U

Speed: No Explanation Required.

Stamina:

Very large, he's a perfect Sage, so obviously stamina greater than Jiraya who himself has a 5, also the feats he displayed during Tobi's invasion was more than enough to prove it U_U

I agree. Minato's Strength and Stamina are easily 5. 3.5 in genjutsu is reasonable enough. Perhaps the smallest score Minato can get. Who knows that this genius is up there with Kurenai in genjutsu..

You do know the databook is based on base stats and not enhanced feats.
Ninjutsu was given a five because of benefit of the doubt nowhere does it say he perfected ftg culd you post a scan of that.
Stamina is 4 as I have stated previously there isntany proof you need to be a five to use sage mode and Jiraiyas was imperfect because he couldnt balance his chakra with natural energy nothing to do with a 5 in his stamina. Provide a scan otherwise be gone. Kakashi can use scj and he has a 3.
and seal knowledge is nothing to do with fuinn jutsu you use seals for all sorts of jutsu it doesnt imply you have understanding of them or can recognise what element they form or are connected too. Fuinn jutsu is not seal knowledge unless you can provide a scan this position shall be maintained(or until kishi releases a databook stating otherwise).

Read someones earlier post which provides a scan of fukasaku saying you need ENORMOUS chakra to gather natural energy.

Minatos stamina>5

Minato carries over 20 heavy kunai everywhere he goes. He cuts clean through the 8 tails tentacle. And whether you like it or not, sage mode gives Minato a 5 in strength.
