It is still larger than Guy's attack in the 6th gate so it doesn't really matter.

The dragon heads still should have knocked Tsunade down. The difference isn't that significant between Madara's flames and Sasuke's flames. The attack was meant to kill the Gokage but Tsunade tanked it. The Asakujaku isn't killing her.

She was able to avoid Jiraiya's Juubi sized Katon. I'm not saying she can dodge the Hirudora, but she can dodge the Asakujaku by jumping above the attack and ending Guy with a Heavenly Kick of Pain.

If she is in midair, she isn't going to be able to propel herself towards Gai and end him with a Heavenly Kick of Pain considering she'll be slower in midair and unable to accelerate. She can jump high enough but the question is, can she jump to those heights fast enough to dodge Gai's attacks?

out of her body which was burnt by Madara's katons and would be overwhelmed by Gai's Morning Peacock and Afternoon Tiger but it renders any attempt at straight up CQC fighting useless as Gai's punches will do a lot less damage and decapitation becomes harder due to him having to bypass a cloak of chakra. Just my two cents.

Directly after removing Susanoo sword from her abdomen she proceeded to attack Mandara, ergo she can fight through pain.
Saying Katsuyu would be immediately dehydrated is foolish. Take a lighter to a slug and it won't immediately begin to dry out because of it's protective slime on the top of it's body I doubt that Asa kujaku last long enough to dehydrate Katsuyu and even if it can he's an open target for Tsunade whilst focusing on Katsuyu. The difference between Kisame's Sharks and Katsuyu is that those sharks are part of a water style jutsu in other words its akin to a mizubunshin or kagebunshins who can only take x amount od damage before they disperse.

In part1 she was the first who decided to summon the slug. She had no way to figure out Orochimaru will also summon his snake, considering he wasn't able to use ninjutsu.

So yeah, Tsunade already used her boss summon in 1vs1.

Tsunade wins Mid- High Difference. If Kisame could survive Afternoon Tiger than Tsunade should also. Tsunade's stamina is much better as well, given how she healed, fought, and then supplied massive amount of chakra to Onoki to charge that large Jinton. With her immortality technique on, Gai's punches are survived. Gai won't be able to maintain higher gates forever considering how according to Yamato they rip his muscle Fibers to shreds.

With mini Katsuya on her shoulder, she can heal any potential damage that much faster.
