Do you think obito purposely grabbed 1 tail and 8 tail chakra

What I mean is do you think Obito did this knowing those were the two chakras naruto was missing so he purposely planned to get a bit of the chakra of those two to activate whatever happens when Naruto gets all 9 of the tailed beast chakras or was it Obito unknowingly grabbing whatever chakra he can

He knew Naruto gained something from them, too because he questioned what Naruto was talking about when Naruto said something about learning a bunch of names and when he realized something was different about him.

Gaara is fine while Bee will survive off the tentacle the hachibi cut off. The missing chakra naruto needed are now at his possession, this is so he can meet rikudo with all the essence of the bijuu's inside him.

but to heal bee they have to go all the way back to where bee is while avoiding madara's onmyoudon then seal it back into him which I don't even know how they would do it maybe superglow the tentacle back on then fight madara who bee is now useless against
