but to heal bee they have to go all the way back to where bee is while avoiding madara's onmyoudon then seal it back into him which I don't even know how they would do it maybe superglow the tentacle back on then fight madara who bee is now useless against

Well I doubt it was just coincidence.

It looked more like it was done on purpouse, although I could be wrong .

I think that either Yin Kurama comunicated with Obito and explained about Naruto lacking two last bijuu chakra or Obito saw it himself when tailed beasts were pulled out of him and Naruto could not grab Shukaku and Gyuuki chakra from all of them.

Still it could be all just luck and coincidence that Gyuuki and Shukaku chakra were the closest to him to grab them and he had specifically enough strength to pull ONLY them but nothing more or less. I think it was way for Kishi to bring and power up Naruto while not weaken Madara too much
