Why do people think Minato's SM is an asspull

the scan doesn't say jiraiya was the only one who could use it...one could say jiraiya was the perfect person to use as reference since naruto knew him and how strong he was...its a good way to stimulate his confidence...relating him with jiraiya

Live with it man.. That SM was so asspulled. It came out of nowhere. Atleast Hashirama had a flashback of him using it in the original Hashirama vs Madara flash back.

I looked up and down sites, looking for a clue of him using it before the war arc. Not happening and you know why.

by your logic...jiraiya using sage mode against pain was also an asspull...right?

This post is pointless. Minato calling it Jiraiya's jutsu makes sense if Minato learned SM from Jiraiya. The same way Jiraiya called Rasengan Minato's jutsu, because that's where he got it from. The same way RDS was called the Minato's jutsu when Hiruzen used it. It doesn't mean Minato shouldn't have it



Yet the scan where Pa referred to Naruto surpassing them both means nothing right? One of the toads that Pa was responding to even said "you see those familiar forms?". I wonder what those forms were...maybe the forms on Naruto's face from the senjutsu chakra perhaps? It was hinted that Minato had SM. The only people mad about it are the ones who didn't pay attention to the signs



Yes, he called it senjutsu. That senjutsu is what he learned from Jiraiya. He didn't say "My incredible jutsu that I totally came up with on my own". So your statement has nothing to do with the guy you quoted. You guys man smh

Then why he didn't use his Senjutsu against Obito, it would do even more Damage, Not to mention Minato would be really stupid if he referred he didn't see the difference between a perfect and imperfect sennin modo.

While Minato himself had the perfect one.
It would make more sense to refer to his own Sennin Modo since that is the perfect 1.

Well...I don't believe in asspulls. Kishi can do whatever he likes...but we are forgetting that Kishi is human. He can make mistakes.... So I believe he just forgot about this. This is the Viz..... Pa says specifically that it was ONLY about Pervy and Naruto.... Statements hold far more weight than implications. So...see it as you like, but I see it as Kishi just forgetting. As Pa says only those two could master it, yet Minato seems to have mastered it. Everyone just has to decide for themselves what they want to believe. ^_^

that's why kishi has assistants..to minimize errors and ensure that there's at least a little logic to the story...and he's got more thwn 5 of them so I think at least one of them should have been able to point it out...I don't think it's an error...it'll most certainly be explained later...the watly everything else is
