Kamui takes time to warp things

Minato threw a kunai faster than kamui could activate, gaara's sand wall to activate, and while going into senjutsu mode.

Then Minato got his arm chopped off the 3-4 seconds after he instantly appeared, (meanwhile kamui is still swirling), while madara chopped his arm off, spun, kicked his arm with rasengan, and kicked minato all in time before kamui was complete activated.

Kamui is very slow, even though Minato himself is faster than that...and gaara's sand, its just pathetic of kakashi and the jutsu itself. Would have been better if Minato saved Obito instead and Kakashi try to warp madara, there shouldn't be a counter to kamui atm.

You seem to forget Kamui's speed can be regulated by the user - and for faster warping most likely more chakra is required.
Hence, it's the fastest instances of warping that should be used to determine the speed of the technique.
So, how about you say something now about warping Susanoo arrows and Naruto's bunshin?

Don't be biased, Obito's kamui is near instant, he was able to Warp to sasuke, warp him away and get out in time before jinton activated, that's as close to instant as you can get without it being instant of course.

Who gives a sh!t? It certainly didn't matter when Obito got solo'd by FTG in an instant. Naruto is not instant, neither is the warping of the susanoo arrow.

Seconds maybe. Minato clone literally shushin in front of sasuke and naruto with their combo jutsu and ftg away the instant he got hit and he was unharmed by amaterasu...which means amaterasu isn't instant.

Biased, wtf....I'm a Minato fan, so df?? There's nothing close to instant. Not even Raikage's speed which is faster than juton.
Besides say if we were living in the anime, juton wouldn't be instant or even seem instant. That's just a gif and probably speed up.

Kamui isn't instant, nor is it close. That actually makes Minato and Tobirama faster than the activation itself, well minato atm.
