I don't need to know the exact scan to know what you are saying is BS. Bogard said it all anyway so there is nothing more to add. This is just you grasping at straws and bringing whatever you can to the table despite it not even showing Kakashi can equal Minato when it comes to reactions. This is just as bad as that argument Tobirama fans use to say Tobirama is faster than KCM Minato. (When Tobirama grabbed the black ball before Minato did)
Its already been stated that no one alive reaches Minato's level of reactions bar Ay, and even then, Ay's aren't better than Minato's.
1. Denying something while not even knowing what I'm talking about pretty much proves your bias.
2. I remember A speaking of speed, could you show me the scan in which reaction is spoken of? Plus, A's self-hype might be as accurate as Itachi claiming only an Uchiha could defeat him.
Not to mention that action had no relationship with reflexes. It's not because Usain Bolt is faster than me that if i decide to go to catch an object 2cm's away before him, that i'll be called the world champion
Indeed, that's why I'm obviously not claiming that Kakashi has Minato's speed. Reaction and reflexes are something different. They determine how fast you can start acting when you feel some stimulus, speed determines how fast you can move your body.
Anyway, that little debate off the way, in a one-on-one Kakashi VS Minato battle, I'd say they have about equal chances of winning. Sage Mode would probably not be a factor, unless there is prep time. That's also most likely why Minato didn't use it against Obito (in both fights), as he didn't have time to gather senjutsu chakra. When he was preparing to fight against Black Zetsu, he most likely gathered chakra in preparations to attack him, and later used it on Madara instead.
It's difficult to determine how a one-on-one of Obito VS Minato would now turn out, since we don't know how much he really improved his abilities since the Kyuubi attack.
One thing for sure, though, Kakashi and Obito together have much higher chances of winning than Minato.
