Wave: You’re not gonna touch another comrade of mine!
Wave says something I really can’t translate because I don’t see the hiragana and kanji very well there. But it’s something like a stutter.
Wave: The ones i have been serving were foes all along this time..(or something along these lines)
Wave: But I won’t overlook this anymore!
It misses a part of the page there. He says something that can be interpreted to “The Jaegers will be the ones to fight you!”
Wave: Even if you are the Prime Minister’s son!

Second is just Shura noticing Kurome in that first panel and analysing her. Stating Kurome's power and all these things. Then he grabs her, tells her she's interesting that she's doping and has that much power. Nothing really really important. Just a typical scenario of "bad guy harassing girl"..This is where Wave enters and punches the living shit out of Shura.

Again, i say. I hope my translations are at least near the original. I've been speaking japanase for only a month, i didn't know everything, so i interpreted that part with "The Jaegers are the ones who will fight you". But it makes sense nonetheless in the situation at hand..
