What's that suppose to mean? Its just inbound weakness of SM.
Be still to absorb energy otherwise its only good for 5 min, that if you prepared in advance, not practical in war or any real battle. Amphibian technique was meant to be with naruto also, but other temporary solution was found as kurama denied it.

i didnt mind it because DSM kabuto have more SM techniques than naruto but SM naruto is overall = / > DSM kabuto

Sasuke's not a sage, that's like me saying the k11 are all entirely perfect sages. he got senjutsu from Juugo, but can't gather it himself, which is fundamental in being a true sage.

2-Naruto
3-Jiraiya/Minato
4-Kabuto

Actually it would probably be:
1) Hashi
2) Naruto/Minato (Perfect SM)
3) Kabuto
$) Oro/ Jaraiya (Imperfect SM)
