Jiraiya strongest sage?

Is it just me. But didn't Jiraiya's sage mode seem more useful and did more in his battle against Pain?
Every since that battle sage mode seemed cheapened.

Reasons:
Already insane base skills, evenly matched with Itachi.
Knowledge, variety of really useful jutsus and guts.

Now most will say oh imperfect SM blah blah.
Thats nothing but speculation.
His SM is imperfect only cuz he doesnt keep the perfect balance of 3 energies(nature,physic,spirit).

Not enough nature energy = pale eye marks.
perfect balance = perfect eye marks.
More nature energy = toad features.

So in essence jiraya gets more nature energy and stronger enhancement as result

I see where your getting at bro. Ya naruto and hashi have technically more powerful sm but it seemed like when jiraiyi had it it seemed more useful and diverse. We have yet to see anyone fuse with a sage creature

Minato is not > naruto in SM and SM naruto can stomp DSM kabuto anytime , anywhere by using his frog kumite or frog song U_U

His has a lot more variation, coupled with the fact that he has the advantages of ma and pa, and can spit toad oil, but FRS is a LOT of destructive force to deal with. Not only that, but it also seems like he lacks the sensing skills Nardo gained with his SM.
