After some thinking, I'm thinking Susano'o may actually beat Kurome ._.
I mean, he managed to incapacitate Natala, not aiming for him, and while fighting Esdeath.
Plus he oneshotted Destaghoul ._.

That may be true, but with all the puppets attacking him from his blind spot might be a big problem for him and he can't stay in that form for extended period of time so even if he takes down a large number of puppets, Kurome herself will become a big problem.

What do you mean, large number of puppets, there are eight.
Kaiser frog is mainly stationary and defective, so Destaghoul is her trump card, which is no problem to him.

Kurome can handle him CQC but I'm mainly thinking about him sweeping her with Kusanagi ._.

I'm not positive if he could defeat a "Prime" Kurome. The Kurome at the chapel was weakened and without a few of her puppets ._.

Natala was defeated though, and he was said to be 10x stronger than the monkey.
The time at the chapel doesn't count as a fight, Susano'o didn't even aim for her but he still managed to mess her up.
