4/5 I rather enjoyed this chapter.
Madara and Obito:
Madara's twisted ideas of nobility in plunging the world into IT, and viewing himself as a savior is great. Madara's view on life being largely shaped by his early traumas, show just how dark one's existence can become if their POV is altered at an early stage.
I think people learned to use chakra as the Sage's teachings were spread, but only the Senju and the Uchiha and their descendants actually have the Shinju's chakra. As a result the Shinboi world was built up in the image of these two clans, and Madara views their power as a catalyst for all turmoil. However, I feel once the secret of how to mold chakra was out and spread the initial difference in power between non Shinju chakra and regular chakra stopped a lot of bloodshed.
Madara has to understand that combat will always evolve, and there will always be struggles within humanity as all men aren't born the same. Madara's denial and greed has caused so much pain, if he would only accept humanity for what it is he would be at peace. He could have spent his life preaching his ideals to humanity, instead he wishes to crush their spirits and force it on them. Ironically the only one misusing and abusing their chakra and power right now is him.
Obito who experienced his own descent into darkness, partly facilitated by Madara, should have a hand in his defeat. Madara has a nasty god complex, he want's everything to be as a result of his omnipotent power and if things go wrong he twists his own reality to account for these "glitches". Problem is when "everything" goes wrong, he is left believing he has to create a new world. IT isn't a product of Madara's compassion, it's a product of his lust, greed, denial, arrogance, and inner trauma. In so many ways Madara is a tragic figure and I hope before he dies he can catch a glimpse of the light that helped pull Obito out of his darkness.

Minato SM:
This isn't a hard one to figure out.
1. Minato figured KCM/BM would be of more use.
2. Minato lacked the know how/ability to blend his KC and NE.
3. Supporting Naruto's BSM with his BM was a better combination than
his SM with Naruto's BSM.
4. Once the superior option disappeared he then entered SM.
5. It's easy to assume that having presumably less chakra than Naruto
leaves his Sage Mode weaker, and most likely amazing chakra control rather
than amazing chakra quantity was the harbinger to him achieving the state.

Next Chapter Prediction:
1. Obito will be killed but set up Naruto's revival.
2. Mystery man will be revealed. (Most likely Kabuto, Karin's phrasing was most likely a red herring from Kishi)
3. Guy's team will have dialogue about the tools.
I believe next chapter will either follow 1 or 2 spliced in with 3, but it is 666 so you never know. We could get some steroided out 20 pager that addresses everything, I'm just excited for it regardless of which scenario is addressed.
