Kayuga really did use the Fruit's chakra as a weapon. That was why the Juubi went beserek. It's because she misused it's power, not because she stole the fruit.

why the God Tree became enraged when fruit was eaten? I don’t know. I think there might be two sides of a coin. Benelovence and Malevolence. The tree back then was the side of Benevolence. When humans were waring, Kayuga sought to end violence with even more violence. The fruit was a test for humanitie's most benevolent. If even they fail, then the Tree will be enraged at this solution. The tree was enraged but yet needed to reincarnate it’s self to the evil form to exact pushinment. This is because even though that side of the Shinjuu was enraged, it was still the good side, it needed to be reborn as evil as evil is necessary to exact humanities compete destruction.

Obito is resilient and Minato, the dude only had one arm and still went up to Madara, busting out a sage mode. That arm is permanently gone though.

He went through a lot.. getting a hole stabbed into him by Kakashi then Madara attempting to control him and failing the first time. To top that off he then gets slashed by minato and is still able to take the juubi in and control through will power. He gets slashed by PS but still survives then gets the juubi extracted out of him and is forced to use Rinnei Tensei and he is still here using willpower alone to control BZ.
He also still has the staff and and that technique that negates ninjutsu and does this to Maddy
