Maybe Pain blowing up the hidden leaf village wasn't such a bad thing after all. Konoha causes everything lol

As mentioned in the earliest chapters of Naruto
Senju and Uchiha - the two STRONGEST Clans managed to colaborate and create a village. The hidden leaf as we know it.
The hyuuga clan, which is sure a talented clan is the only other clan which is powerful and appearing in this village.
THe other Clans are sure know for something, but as we know they did not do shiet yet.
actually the villages are quite the same strong and are all equally, we just dont see something of them since we are
all interested in Naruto and not "Jeremy" (insert any Name) of the hidden "fish"(insert Country) village.
I mean like.. if you look at transformers the movie .. you just watch and enjoy it and just dont Pop up with the question :

Ksihimoto being a poor writer again. The power tiers never should have increased beyond the Sanin. A tier or two above would have sufficed, but this? It's because of these tiers that we do not see decent characterization. War Scenes can add a lot to the story in terms of political struggles, the ensuing border security issues, the repercussions of war in the shape of economic fall. Now that the tiers are so imbalanced, any dichotomous factor is gone.
This means, other nations and their Ninjas are not given value and this no character development takes place as a result of this vast discrepancy. It's a shame, Kiahimoto is far too stupid to grasp it.

Actually that's not entirely true, the strongest characters that come from Konoha are Hashi, Madara, Naruto, and Sasuke.
But besides them Konoha is a standard village, don't forget about the Gold and Silver brothers or the current Tsuchikage, who is the strongest of the current five Kage.
The problem is that Kishi doesn't show the strong characters from other villages enough. The Legendary Sannin are just your standard group of Kage level ninja, don't forget they all lost to Hanzo, the Salamander dude.
