In a versus thread, its customary to also list the opponents abilities? Also a>b>c logic doesn't work. Moreover, saying that old hiruzen is his strongest form is crazy. Old hiruzen wasn't at his prime. His strength, chakra capacity, and stamina were abysmal. Kinda like itachi. You think the professor would be caught in a simple genjutsu? Btw, hiruzen has water style (better than fire), and lightning style (better than water). If you think the professor would lose to someone who's barely top 20, then you're not following the right manga

dude , itachi only use the finger genjutsu and that's it , if not , he copies the technique of naruto and he does it against hiruzen and then hiruzen gets KO'ED XD.

Mostly because Bunshin feints have a long track record of catching people slipping

Madara had Perfect Susanoo, Kurama, EMS, and still lost to a bunshin feint and a sword.

Maybe some people wouldn't know they're in a genjutsu, but do you think that the man who has "mastered a thousand illusions" would be taken out by a genjutsu. We already know that Hiruzen can fight blind. He took on tobirama AND hashirama without use of his eyes. More importantly, we already know that tsukyomi is a close range attack. You need to be fairly close in order to cast it on someone (manga fact). Hiruzen is fantastic at long distances. he can use high end attacks of each element. Itachi's fire style pale in comparison. More importantly, i think his staff could easily crack susano'o. Its hard as diamonds and can push the nine tails out of the village. Thats something tsunade can't do, yet she cracked susano'o. Amaterasu? Please, the hype for that jutsu died so long ago.
