Now , i will briefly explain why Itachi > Prime Hiruzen.
First , lets see what Itachi has in his arsenal.
First ... Sharingan , second - genjutsu ability , third - MS , 4th , in his MS abilities he has... Amaterasu , Tsukuyomi , Susano'o and his weapons of susano'o are the totsuka blade (which seals everything he touches) the shield (that i don't know the name of right now and i don't care , i bet that these susano'o fanboys knows what the name of the shield is XD) and well... Yasaka Magatama , now lets see what the abilities do.
first , when you are under a genjutsu you have to do a certain seal to get out of it or some sort like that, second , with the sharingan he can see the oponents movements freely and clearly and then counter-attack.
second , when you are under the tsukuyomi you suffer under 72 hours lol , meaning that in there he controls time and space and he can use any weapon he wants , meaning that he can cut prime hiruzen head like a baseball ^^
3rd , whatever amaterasu touches it burnes and it never fades , not even water can extinguish the flames of the sun.
when he activates his susano'o he is invincible.
now lets see what kind of taijutsu and ninjutsu he has.
taijutsu: he is pretty much a boss , not even hatake kakashi could keep up with him (haters gonna hate , kakashi fans are going to say that i'm fan ficting or how the heck it's written)
the ninjutsu: he can do pretty much a kage bushin without seals , Lol. and his hand seals are so fast that not even prime hiruzen can keep up with him , because well... he is not that prime at all

he has 2 natures: the fire and the water, meaning that Hiruzen is going to be wet
now , the main reason why itachi solos prime hiruzen , it's because hiruzen lost against orochimaru (haters gonna say that he was old , but my reason is that , the more you pratice , the more you perfect your techniques , i mean... look at orochimaru and sasuke XD)
and well... we all know that itachi > Orochimaru.
god damn it , that itachi and ofc... he is the solo king for a reason
btw ... even naruto and konohamaru solos prime hiruzen and old hiruzen , well... with the hentai no jutsu
