NV vs Real World Military

Hard to say.
If NV use genjutsu to extract information then that'd be a big problem.
We have nukes, but if they find the location extracting information using genjutsu then someone like Obito could warp to that locating bringing a few others and now they have access to nukes.
Not to mention, using nukes would kill both sides just like using large scale ninjutsu would do it.
Shinobi have chakra which we can't steal but they would be able.to pick up a gun and use it against us.
Zetsus passing off as humans gain access to weapons and use them against us.
The longer the fight lasts, the worse it could end up for us so we would have to end it quickly without outright nuking them taking ourselves out in the process.
Since it time it could go from shinobi vs military to super-human military with chakra and guns vs normal military.

Take out the Juubi and its jins and the real world should win comfortably. Put them in and NV rapes.

Madara can Drop Metoers,Obito can Slip Through Dimensions and Hagoromo created the Moon. If it were just those 3 we would be Screwed and we're not even Mentioning Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Kabuto, Itachi, Killer bee, The Juubi and Kakashi. To the people saying Both sides would die from Radiation aren't the Tailed Beasts and The Juubi Immortal and we're not even mentioning Edos.

None of those things would do much when fighter jets are dropping fire bombs or other high powered ordinance,or tanks firing rounds that can tear through buildings.In fact only Dust Release and Shinsenjuu would be able to reach the jets.
