Sarutobi just had more chakra for shunshin since he is an edo.

Anyone with a little brain can tell that Minato was praising Tobirama because he is quick at thinking strategies and Iam pretty sure U as well as Penguin are more than capable of understanding something as like this.

From what we know, Tobirama was the fastest of his era. His hype differs from Minato's as we know that A's Shunshin is far faster than Minato's. Though in the case of Tobirama there's no one to the contrary.

Speed can also refer to reactions, which Tobirama does have one of the best reaction feats.​

No. Kisame was blitz'd with foot speed then hit, not fast striking speed. Striking speed is like Tobirama tagging Juubito five times. Very quick hits in a short amount of time. Gai and Neji have great striking speed. Not KCM Naruto, who stalemated with Itachi.

If Tobirama didn't have a fast Shunshin, why would he say 'Fourth, your Shunshin is better than mine'? It's obvious he was known for his speed back in his time, and Madara also states he was the fastest in their era.

I don't remember saying that he don't have a fast Shunshin nor he is not the fastest.It is totally possible for Tobirama to be faster than Madara and Hashirama without having a faster Shunshin that those two because of FTG.Here what I want to know is how fast Tobirama's Shunshin is as it is completly baseless to say that Tobirama can blitz a top tier like Jiraya without having considerable speed feats from Tobirama. IMO someone like Jiraya should be capable of avoiding attacks of Minato/Tobirama's Shunshin.

But FTG isn't speed... why would Madara say he's faster than him if he's referring to a jutsu that instantly teleports him from one place to another? I'm not saying he could blitz Jiraiya but Tobirama definitely has a faster Shunshin than Madara/Hashirama.

There are 3 possibilities

Tobirama > Mady and Hashi
Tobirama < Mady and Hashi
Tobirama = Mady and Hashi

We don't have enough proof to say that he is faster,we might say that Tobirama is faster based on manga portayel but saying that he can blitz a top tier and highly skilled Shinobi like Jiraya without having considerable feats is not wise IMO and that's why Iam arguing over this topic.
