Well, I know how Seryuu counters her Teigu completely, but other than her.. idk. And actually, I'm pretty sure you can just escape the sound made by that Teigu with either speed since it didn't affect anyone else in the battlefield other than the few people she was aiming for and it didn't even kill one of them. Or with shouting by countering her noise with your own. c:

Actually, thinking about it, her Teigu isn't that hard to counter it it's all sound-based. Characters like Mine and Seryuu who use guns and explosives will effectively counter her sound due to the sound their own guns and explosives create. And in Seryuu's case, she has Koro's scream and it won't even affect Koro.
Kurome can counter it with her larger puppet since the sound won't be able to reach her most likely and that blast surely makes a lot of sound as well or Doya due to the guns she carries. Fast characters like Akame, Braht, Wave, Dorothea, Tatsumi, etc. can counter it by just getting out of the sound's range.
It's really not that hard to counter until she shows more of it.

Cosmina's Teigu isn't as effective and it has a small range of effectiveness. It didn't even affect Dorothea who was standing like what? A few meters away from the prisoners. Then again, her Teigu may be ineffective against Dorothea due to some factor we have yet to heard of, but it doesn't matter as Enshin was standing right behind Cosmina and it didn't affect him. Mine had enough time to take out the earplugs and put them in before Koro's scream could affect her. I'm sure faster characters can effectively counter Comsina's Teigu.

I kinda agree with Fidds , speed of sound ? if it's like Code Breaker , I doubt any of those characters would counter it so easy , but I think Cosmina will be defeated by Raba & his barriers can block her sounds , what ddo you think Brotha ?
