He has a shot at Muu, Kakashi, but the thing is, he only has one way that he is defeating them, and thats Tsukoyomi, whereas they have mulitple ways to defeat itachi.

After using Tsukoyomi he was on the floor panting, after amaterasu he was practically drained. By the time suanno came around he was blind and within a few seconds, dead. The reason he isnt top 10 is due to his sickness.

actually it wasnt tsukuyomi because whenrver he used tsukuyomi it would be in reversed colours/negative..(even at the lart where he and sasuke put each other into genjutsu to get out of the genjutsu it was in negativ...)also he would be able to control the time. It was just an advanced genjutsu....

Yes he is. Muu isn't and neither is Kakashi if it is IC. Muu always reappears before he attacks, and he doesn't go for the kill whilst invisible. Kakashi never starts off with Kamui IC one on one. Shit list is shit.

He used the following techniques;

Tsukuyomi
Amateraru to beat Sasuke's Katon
Amaterasu on Sasuke
Removed the Amaterasu flames on Sasuke (Sasuke had headaches and bleeding when doing this on Bee, it counts)
Used Susano to block the Kirin launch
Used Susano AGAIN when standing up to put Sasuke into a corner and Seal Oro
Sealed an Amaterasu trigger into Sasuke (The poke) which killed him on the spot.

He used his Mangekyo 6 times to be exact and sealed the needed chakra for Amaterasu into Sasuke.


He is considered a stronger Shinobi than Muu, the link i provided shows this

I still consider him to be stronger than Kakashi

I believe he is equal or stronger than Tobirama, but ill let this one fly because Tobirama is badass.
