Who is the mystery man? What we know is:
1) Karin doesn't know the chakra because either Orochimaru took his own chakra from Kabuto which Karin wouldn't able to recognize since she never encountered Kabuto as he still have the most evil chakra, or it's someone else we've never seen.
2) The Second Hokage doesn't know who it is because he asks who are you. If he knows, Tobirama would be able to recognize a chakra previously encountered at that distance shortly. This means it's someone likely to be somewhere between after Tobirama deaths till this current generation unless it's the Sage of 6th Path or Rikuudo sons.
3) Orochimaru may know this person as he ask's Karin if she recognized it, (never day's he doesn't recognize it) and then he thinks to him self the words "has his wind stopped here" or something similar. So I would say Orochimaru knows who it is but wasn't expecting him to show up now.
Now we know Orochimaru still wants Sasuke and he is manipulative. So I would say who ever it is will interfere with his plans to get Sasuke that's why he is manipulating Karin into thinking we don't know what this person will do to Sasuke.
Unfortunately I can't come up with an answer of who it is on characters already known to us. But based on what's known I would say it's not, Izuna because the 2nd would know it immediately. I wouldn't say it's Kabuto because he would not be evil now if he broke the Izanami unless his Chakra is "Evil" .
