This doesn't seem plausible, mostly because Kisame doesn't have any healing abilities and Sasuke is pretty much dead.

He needs a healer, not someone with malicious chakra.

Plus, Kisame died anyway, he commited suicide inside the Water prison. And I highly doubt it was a clone again, that seems a little redundant.

His chakra would still be difficult to distinguish with chakra from the Sound 5 and Taka integrated into his body.

Would she recognize the Sound 5? I think she joined Orochimaru after Sasuke joined. Even if she did recognize her teams chakra, she'd be pretty freaked out by that.
