idk why its so hard for some ppl to consider that we might not actually know much about the person. A 'new' charcter could open up the story, whereas all the 'old' charcters that are beeing debated over atm would do not much else but creating plot holes.
I mean I can understand that you want to see your favorites again, but that doesnt mean that it would make sense if the person actually was Jiraya/Kisame/Kabuto/whatever ...
The most likely scenario ater all is, that we simply dont know much about person x, maybe he got mentioned somewhere in some contet in the past, but not a single one of the known characters actually has a motive to not have actively taken part in the war and having buisness with a half-dead sasuke.
The person was probably observing the fight this whole time, and multiple ppl have pointed out that there where multiple szenarios in the past where an observer has been foreshadowed in the past - as in the Hashirama vs Madara fight for example.
So pls, stop the fanboyism and start to think logically. Kisame is dead, even if he weren't he wouldn't have a motive.
