Sakura may be crybaby and annoying as hell,but she is definitely more powerful than karin..but in terms of healing jutsu i would put karin a littlle bit above her.karin is an uzumaki nin,and she heals with not just her chakra but also her life force,as see when she healed sasuke when fightinhg killerbee.she stomps in this aspect .

Imo they're equal.But as an overall shinobi sakura is still better cuz she's a close combat specialist just like tsunade.

Nothing is obvious here.Tsunade is a legendary sannin and her abilities are quite famous all around the shinbi nations.On the contrary tsunade knows nothing about karin and her abilities.The element of surprise always holds importance in any battle especially shinobi.
Of course tsunade is hard to kill with her regeneration but so is karin;especially with her recently awakened chakra chains, it's gonna be a difficult battle.But in the end I think tsunade wins bcause of her experience in the battle field while karin's skills in this area are mediocre at best.

No, I actually see Tsunade taking this without a question.
Even if Karin did have full intel and Tsunade none.
Karin can't survive a hit from Tsunade, she need to be able to move in order to heal since she needs to bite herself, it's not automatic like Tsunade's.
The chains are nothing against Tsunade, they can be grabbed.
