This never happened to me ..But i think if you refresh the page it would go away(work with everything)

It happened to me quite often, just refresh the page and post again, it resolves the problem for me, I've usually noticed if I stay idle on the nB page, to be specific, on a thread for a little while and try to post I seem to face this problem, but refreshing has seemed to solve the problem for me, almost all the time.

What seems to resolve this issue sometimes is deleting your cookies and then refreshing the page or browser. You can try that my luv and see if it works. As to why it happens, I believe I am at a loss for words.
