Oibto description
Immediately after becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, Obito's body undergoes a drastic transformation. His skin colour changes to white; the skin on the entire right side of his body becomes scaly, on his back, ten protrusions appear (five on the upper body and five near his hips) as well as a black unique pattern of magatama on his back; one large one, with a black Rinnegan-like pattern within it, on his mid-back, and nine smaller ones, arranged in rows of three, below it.[82]
In this new, empowered form, Hashirama Senju and Hiruzen Sarutobi themselves remarked gravely that Obito was more powerful than even they are.[88] Both Killer B and Gyūki also noted that Obito is stronger than the Ten-Tails itself while using this form, due to its power being more focused in his human body. Upon completing the transformation, it apparently healed all of Obito's previous wounds, and even the Flying Thunder God Technique's formula mark placed on his back, which shouldn't disappear, disappeared.[89] However, as the new jinchūriki, Obito did not have complete control of the Ten-Tails, characterised by a loss of intelligence as he was barely able to recognise his own name and his body becoming distorted and severely bloated at one point.[82][87]
He gains a dramatic boost in speed demonstrated when he was able to destroy portions of Hashirama's wood clone and the reincarnated Tobirama on the battlefield,[82] and was even able to land a surprise attack on his former teacher, a man renowned for his quickness.[90] He could also react and contemptuously block Amaterasu despite the technique's sheer speed.[91] His strength has also increased to the point where he can demolish an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan Susanoo ribcage with nothing more than brute strength.[92][35] Likewise, his durability is also increased, as he emerged unharmed from Tobirama Senju's set of chain explosions.[87] He can create chakra arms from the spiky protrusions on his back, which are capable of breaking even Hashirama's Sage Art: Gate of the Great God and the barrier erected by the four Hokage.[93]
Obito's new formObito's second jinchūriki transformation.
In this form, Obito displayed a unique and highly advanced form of Yin-Yang Release which allows him to create spheres of black chakra from the palms of his hands which can be shaped and formed into shields, lances and spinning blades, as well as being launched against enemies and briefly expand to a massive size to form what can be considered to be a powerful explosion. According to Hiruzen Sarutobi, these spheres are similar in nature to Dust Release, being capable of destroying anything they come into contact with, such as flesh, steel and even ninjutsu; it is also able to halt the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation's regenerating process.[94] The Third noted however that this form of nature transformation had greater dynamic and flexibility to it and is superior to other kekkei genkai or kekkei tōta.[87][35]
Eventually, Obito managed to regain control over his mind and subsequently manages to tame the power of the Ten-Tails, becoming one of few jinchūriki to accomplish such. In doing so, he underwent yet another gruesome transformation. In this new form, his appearance becomes near-identical to that of the Sage of the Six Paths. The protrusions on his back now form the collar and coattails of a haori-like coat. Two horns also sprout from his forehead; the left smaller than the right. Additionally, he gains six magatama markings across his chest, resembling the Sage's necklace. He also now produced ten chakra orbs, eight of which floated behind him in a halo-like formation, while two floated over the backs of his palms. He frequently shaped the orb in his right hand into a shakujō, and was capable of shaping the others form into defensive barrier.[35][95] However, these orbs are incapable of nullifying senjutsu based attacks, and despite his body's durability he can be damaged by them.[94]
Obito's bijuudamaObito's usage of the Tailed Beast Ball.
After a drawn out battle with Naruto and his allies, Obito demonstrated his own ability to utilise multiple Tailed Beast Ball by first summoning a tree adorned with flowers similar to the one used by the Ten-Tails to focus the chakra of the ball.[96] Later, as both Minato and Naruto continue to press him, Obito decides it is time to move on with the Eye of the Moon Plan, accessing his own version of the Tailed Beast Mode, by assuming the form of the Ten-Tails.[97]

Madara description
After becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, Madara's body undergoes a drastic transformation, obtaining its final transformation immediately. Unlike most jinchūriki, Madara neither lose his ability to think nor succumb to his demon's power in his transformed state. His form has many clear differences from Obito's, seemingly more refined. In this form, his hair turns white and enveloped by a cloak of chakra that resembles physical clothing with six magatama markings across his chest and has nine black magatama on his back arranged in rows of three with Rinnegan-like above them. Underneath it he has a full-bodied black attire, with black pants, gloves and boots, and wears a horned forehead protector growing out of his head. He also produces ten chakra orbs which floated behind him in a halo-like formation. Additionally, he gains a staff created by the Ten-Tails' chakra, however the staff forms an incomplete circle.
Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki description
Although initially depicted as a silhouette, several details about Hagoromo's appearance can be inferred. He had a long beard and short light greyish-coloured shaggy hair that spiked up in the front with two distinctive parts of his hair resembling horns. He wore a white full-length cloak (haori) with a high collar, revealing his necklace with six red magatama. These symbols were later mimicked by Nagato's Deva Path, and the seal around the neck of Naruto Uzumaki's and Minato Namikaze's Nine-Tails Chakra Modes and Tailed Beast Modes. On the back of his cloak was a reflection of a seal which had the Rinnegan with nine magatama (both red in the anime) in three rows beneath it, much like the seal which appeared on Obito Uchiha's back after he became the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki.[8] In one appearance where his face was partially visible, he was in an elderly state.[9]
Juubi Jin description
Obito's jinchūriki transformation, which he takes on after becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, is completely unlike any seen prior to it. Immediately after becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, Obito's body undergoes a transformation, as his body turns white and on the entire right side gains scales, with ten protrusions coming from his back (five near his shoulder and five near his hips), as well as a unique pattern of magatama on his back; one large one, with a Rinnegan-like pattern within it, on his mid-back, and nine smaller ones, arranged in rows of three, below it. Like other jinchūriki transformations, this form grants Obito tremendous boosts of speed and strength, as he is now capable of taking two Hokage, both noted for their power, completely by surprise, as well as being able to shatter both Hashirama's Sage Art: Gate of the Great God and the combined barrier erected by the four Hokage. Initially Obito could not completely control the Ten-Tails or his newfound abilities, as the new jinchūriki was barely able to recognise his own name and his body becomes bloated due to it not being used to his tailed beast.[14][15]
After regaining control of his mind, Obito makes a gruesome transformation into this new form. In this form, the spikes behind his neck now wrap around his neck, and he gains a cloak-like appendage. He also gains two horns; one large and one small. Additionally, he gains a magatama-like pattern around his neck, much like the pattern around the Sage of the Six Paths' neck, and now wields a shakujō. In this new transformation, Obito regains control over himself, as he now recognises Minato Namikaze and seems to be able to form coherent thought. The chakra orbs he was able to create in the previous transformation now float around his body. When entering his version of Tailed Beast Mode, he forms the Ten-Tails' body from his ten protrusions, which he then had evolve into its original form; the giant tree of the Shinju. Unique from the other Tailed Beast Modes, Obito's formation of the Ten-Tails' body, while entirely separate, acts as an extension of his body.
After becoming the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki as well, Madara undergoes a drastic transformation but, unlike Obito, he immediately manifests the second form. Instead of posessing flesh-like clothing, Madara is instead cloaked within a complete outfit composed of flickering flame-like chakra, similar to the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. Madara also lacks the appearance of scales on his body. He gains a single horn on left side of his forehead similar in appearance to the horned forehead protector worn by Jiraiya. Overall, he boasts a more Sage-like appearance compared to both Obito's initial and secondary transformations, save for part of his staff still missing.

Nine-tails Chackra Mode description
While this mode is active, Naruto gains a chakra shroud with six magatama around his neck and two distinctive pieces of hair-like horns resembling the Sage of the Six Paths' silhouette along with a swirl design that resembles the Uzumaki clan's symbol. Naruto's chakra shroud is also covered by various other black lines and spiral patterns, which expand further along his body in certain situations.[2] At times, Naruto's shroud gains the additional seals that appear on his hands while in Tailed Beast Mode.[3] The colour of his eyes changes from blue to orange when he is in this form and while the demon fox shroud is red and releases chakra as acidic bubbles, this form's shroud is yellow and releases chakra as flickering flames.[4][5] While in this form Naruto's chakra signature and smell are different as noted by Neji and Kiba.[6]
When used by Minato, this mode holds resemblance to something in between both of Naruto's two shrouds; while predominately looking like Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, Minato's shroud has additional seals on his hands and feet as well an additional magatama design that appears on his collar, causing it to resemble Naruto's shroud in Tailed Beast Mode. When Minato first entered this mode, the bangs at the sides of his face went upwards as well.[7]

Naruto can also combine his Tailed Beast Mode with Sage Mode to greatly enhance his abilities, giving him a further increase in speed, strength, durability, ninjutsu and taijutsu.[38] The markings of the Sage also reflect on Kurama's tailed beast-cloak as well.[39]
Avatar mode
All jinchūriki can enter Tailed Beast Mode, which grants them all the strength and abilities of their corresponding tailed beast. However, where other jinchūriki become full-scale replicas of their tailed beast, Naruto and Minato enter a form very visually similar to the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, that Naruto defines as his "Kurama Mode" (九喇嘛モード, Kurama Mōdo).[24][25] For Naruto, the shroud parts down the middle and opens up into a full-length cloak (haori), revealing a black undergarment with three magatama on each side of his high collar. His seal's numerous swirl-patterns, which were located all over his body, open out into complete, dark circles. His eyes become red and slitted and his whisker-markings become much thicker, as they do in his early transformations.
My part
Ok whats the part confusing to me. As we have seen from the nine tail onward mode you get closer and closer to the sage in look. Wtf is this bs why doesn't madara have a full staff while a inferior obito does. Why does the kuramas have those specail seal all over the place? Like some of these appearances doesn't make sense. I believe that each of them are closest to the sage in some look. Obito the staff madara rest and naruto and minato well idk how to explain. Whats your take on this why doesn't madara have a full staff in short. Oh yea I really wanted to compare all of the looks so I sued images. Images are better than words sometimes. I wanted to show the change and progression. I used naruto wiki to put that in word form if you want the answer your self. What I want to say is the progression in looks isn't straight forward. Maybe madara isn't in his perfect form. I might edit this thread to make more sense.
Edit one
No the idea I meant to say which I didn't for some reason is you don't need to be juubi jin to start looking like the sage. Once you hit x amount of chackra you start looking like the sage as after extraction he looked similar. The weird part is why isn't madara staff complete. I guess he's missing yin kurama all together then. Maybe obito having all even smaller amount completed the staff.
