This causes temporary paralysis and makes the enemies movements slow from the electrical currents retracting the muscles.

This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

After that, i use

Description: Hanzou will add more rain chakra to the rain and will make it heavier. Although the drops of water are small, they will damage as if big rocks are falling from the sky. This jutsu lasts 2 turns and can only be used 2 per battle. Cant be stopped by Stop Rain jutsu.

So that you're crushed by the rain which you cant see O_O. If you use something to block it, you will still get hit by this jutsu since you cant see nothing
