Kurome & Akame are only one year apart , they are probably 15 & 16 or 16 & 17 .

Tatsumi , Wave & Mein are most likely , 16 or 17 .

Lawd Toshi should give us some birthdays & more info about the characters.

Kurome's age says "in her teens", not her early teens. And judging by the prequel, she's only around 2 years younger than Akame. So she may actually be 18, if Akame is 20 ._.
