here is what i already tried to do: i already used the jkdefrag , it didn't worked , already used the Malwarebytes , Spybot - Search & Destroy , my antivirus is useless , i think and well... i used my windows defender U_U. i had malware or what the heck it was... and it's still slow.

& i cleaned my history , cookies and cache and all that stuff.

IT Professional here!

It could be a variety of different things. I will list as many off as I can think of right now.

1. You listed all of those anti virus programs, you may have removed the virus but if all those programs are running..the computer WILL run slow. Remove what you dont need (I only use windows defender).
2. Your hard drive may be failing. Find a program that will do a harddrive test to see if it needs replacement. If it fails, your data will be most likely lost as recovering data from a drive failure is very expensive and time consuming.
3. Your computer is too old to run the software that you are trying to run. Possible upgrade computer components.
4. Maybe the virus is still on the computer, if those programs did not find it than you may need to format the computer.
5. Sometimes a computer just needs to be formatted and then rebuilt with the files you want to keep. After time the hard drive just has so much to sort through that it just cant seek/write fast anymore and it just takes longer.

Those are the quick and easy ones to list off, I am short for time. If you would like more help I will check back here later to see.

1)follow that video and download advanced system care 7
2)go on start click on run and type inn %temp% then click run, you will face a folder with loads of junk files click Ctrl + A to select all and just delete
3) click on start and then click on run, the this time type in prefetch and click okay, you will face a are you sure message click continue and once again click Ctrl + A to select all then delete all the junk files
4) then empty the recycling bin then restart
5) download a anti-virus and perform a full scan
one anti virus i recommend is kapersky

good luck!

I'd rather you contact your laptops company services which could be either by their site or a contact number. Same thing happened with my previous mini laptop, tried almost everything but the problem remained and was left with no other choice then buying a new laptop.

Download ccleaner, unninstall all what you doesn't need, disable useless things in startup, download siw and check temperatures of graphik card and processor, try start in safe mode to see if it's slow.
Also unnistall search and destroy, and your others antivirus they start in startup and make pc slow.Just take 1 antivirus, i recommand avast free.go temp folders go in Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temp (for xp) or %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\ for (wista,w7..) and delete .exe files and suspicious things. Also look if your graphik driver doesn't have problem like a yellow icon on it (it's in control panel device manager/device manager).
