well here it is i saw a couple... well most of the people use jutsus that aren't even owned by their character i mean cidori is used only and only by 2 people sasuke and kakashi even raikage the person who controls lightning soo good recognized the cidori immediately and said it was kakashis so why is everyone on the battle arena using this jutsu? cidori senbon,cidori,lightning blade,kirin and etc i mean there is no fun if all can use this jutsus don't u people agree? so can we put some restrictions for these stuff? and there are many other jutsus like these

there are customs + the jutsus that are used in the narutoverse and people can use the characters jutsus + i mean only jutsus like cidori,kirin, and etc. u know custom jutsus of those who u know your character cant use
meh i pretty much agree with andy =/ since i'm not rp-ing anymore i dont really know how often people use these jutsus that in the anime belong only to a few characters (and not even those characters arent using those techniques too often cuz they wont be that unique if they would) =/ but it would be nice to know that sasuke's & kakashi's techniques can be used only by those characters, rasengan & co. only by those who can use it/them in the anime etc.

I find this like.... useless?The idea of RP is to make you feel you're playing, that you're strong, etc. >.> Catch my drift?You can't just restrict the jutsus that are most oftenly used, I think those unique jutsus like Chidori and others should be restricted up to a specific rank, higher than jounin, but not restricted to all characters that aren't Sasuke, Kakashi or Raikage. =/

Well, a few things:
1. The battles will start to get repetetive.
2. What's the point in restricting it? Who cares if people are using jutsu that their characters can't use? It's RP, you're playing the role of someone who you can't normally play as, so if you're being so restricted during it, takes away the point don't you think? There's already enough restrictions on everything: Two bios, no of the same KG, etc. So now it would be like some characters can only use certain things.
3. People would start throwing around random customs, making battles even worse. It's like everyone just starts throwing around the same customs, would that be any better? Nope.
4. Also, due to the "no avoiding" jutsu rule, it's almost impossible for certain characters to dodge certain jutsu without the battles just becoming retarded. If you're playing as a ninja who has maybe one element and a KG or something, Naruto himself is a good example, how would you dodge certain jutsu? And then there's those who can use almost all elements, so if one who can use one or two elements fights a custom character or whatever who can use all... well... ya know? :|
