-Sasori isn't going to blitz someone who can react to Killer B, who is much faster than Sasori can ever hope to be.

-Poison Fog is just evaded via Subterranean Voyage.
Actually Sasori speed stat is just above Kisame's

Right. So here's something light. Hopefully I don't have to bother explaining the obvious in how Kisame counters things like Hiruko, 100 puppets, and his main body as it truly is a bother. So I'll just counter Sasori's strongest puppet: the 3rd Kazekage.

First off, It appears that the chakra or magnetic forces (infused with chakra) is being distributed to the Iron sand. So, I see no reason why chakra absorption wouldn't be able to stop its manipulation. Also, the same could be said as well. So with that being said... I'll split Kisames counters to the Iron Sand in three sections; 1) Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (Giant lake) 2) Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha (Water Dome) and 3) Doton: Dochū Senkō (Subterranean Voyage)

1) Suiton: Bakusui Shōha

If Kisame happens to go this route as Sasori brings out the 3rd Kazekage puppet; then what are the chances that Sasori avoids the giant wave coming his way? [ ] I don't believe Sasori is very agile, thus making the possibility of him avoiding this without being engulfed by the water doubtful. Especially seeing that it takes quite some time for the Iron Sand to to be spewed out of the Kazekage puppet [ ]-[ ]-[ ]-[ ] (Obviously Sasori would be able to pump it out faster if he was in some sense of urgency but my point still stands) As you can see it takes some time for the 3rd Kazekage to manifest enough iron sand to form it's first attack. Then it proceeds to spew out even more to create larger objects [ ] Obviously Sasori is in the disadvantage as far as who makes the first move as it takes a single hand sign for Kisame to use his technique. With this, Sasori will be engulfed in water which would enter his wooden body and thus disabiling his movements almost completely while he is under water. And quite frankly, Kisame stomps from theree. But anyways, just for the sake of argument; let's say Sasori does in fact get out all of the Iron Sand while Kisame foolishly sits and watches.

He'll more then likely take flight on his iron sand magic carpet, correct? (Wouldn't be possible in the location you set, but whatever) But this is no big deal. We know that the amount of time Sasori is able to remain airborne is for how long the puppets chakra permits. Certainly not long enough to outlast Kisame, so Sasori will have to be on the offensive one way or another. The Suiton: Bakusui Shōha will provide Kisame a nice outlet to all incoming attacks from the Iron Sand, as he can easily submerge underwater. Now depending on the velocity of the Iron Sand impacting with the water, it'll either disintegrate or it'll at least slow down the iron sand tremendously as the water will provide so much of a resistance as well as wiping off the poison. Thus, allowing Kisame to easily absorb the chakra that is used to manipulate it and turn it into nothing but sinking specs of iron dust. Furthermore, Sasori will have to keep on exhausting the puppets chakra to create more sand to attack Kisame with. And, im not even mentioning the possibilities of Kisame going on the offensive... A single GSB hitting Sasori and the 3rd Kazekage puppet should completely wipe out there chakra, much less, destroy them.

2) Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha

I'm not going to go too much into detail if Kisame goes this route, as it should be fairly obvious what is the outcome. A WD and Kisamehada combo spells death for Sasori. Sasori will barely be able to move and the Iron Sand won't be moving as fast (If Sasori can still even use it at all), and will only be absorbed. Also, Kisamehada will be able to sense Sasori's chakra core and will undoubtedly target it. Yeah.... don't feel like going into detail at all, actually. This is clearly a game over for Sasori.

3) Doton: Dochū Senkō (Subterranean Voyage)

While Sasori initiates his Iron Sand barrages, Kisame can simply take refuge underground. This will allow him to avoid anything and everything Sasori and the 3rd Kazekage puppet has to offer. Kisame can even clone feint and send a Mizu Bunshin up to distract Sasori. Sasori is a stationary fighter and in this location he can't even take flight, so Kisame can simply pop up from underneath him, swing Samehada, and not only does Sasori's body get shredded, but he loses control of the Kazekage puppet as Samehada would absorb the strings. Again, don't feel like going any further into detail, but Kisame proceeds to shit from here.

In the event that Kisame somehow gets scratched with poison: It's worth mentioning that Chiyo got poisoned and was still able to carry on fighting without an antidote for quite some time. Thus making it safe to say, that a simple scratch or sword slash wouldn't be enough to bring down the likes of Kisame who is A) Very durable, making poison peircing his skin a whole lot harder, and B) who is very pain resistant and strong minded. Especially, adding on to the fact that Samehada's cellular regeneration will be able to neutralize the poison from damaging the cells, as long as it's not a considerably huge amount.

In conclusion, Sasori doesn't stand a chance.
Alright...
1)As soon as Kisame does this like you said Sasori can just rise up on his Iron sand but where exactly does it state that the puppets ever run out of chakra? From there Sasori can activate performance of 100 puppets and have them blitz Kisame while distracted he could be pierced/crushed by Iron Sand there's no way he could survive an onslaught like that even with the high stamina he boasts.

2)Actually,there is a way for Sasori to stay mobile once inside the dome, the water jets inside his hands which have been shown to be strong enough to cut through rock. Also Kisame would have a hard time dealing the finishing blow considering he more than likely doesn't know about how Sasori's core is the only way to beat him so he could transport into another body if his original is compromised once Kisame drops the dome.

3)I can't really think of a counter to do I guess he wins here.

Another factor to consider is personality wise,Sasori is more likely to deal the finishing blow before Kisame is done playing

So? It doesn't mean he can blitz him as you don't need to be equal with someone in speed in order to react to them, and Sasori isn't so fast that Kisame can't react. Not when he's reacted to the faster Killer B.

Sasori wins this, considering the speed of satetsu kisame isnt absorbing those spikes before he gets impaled.

Sasori isn't standing a single chance.

As usual, Kisame will commence by turning the landscape to his advantage using Baku Suishouha [ ]. Since the given location is an enclosed area, this tactic works out especially fine: Essentially, the entire cave is drowned, turning it into an inescapable water prison immediately. From here on out, Kisame will be in control of the battle. Hampered by the water's resistance, Hirukou's traps and various Ningu are easily dodged or dispersed by any Suiton technique; once Kisame has fused with Samehada, Sasori's chances of landing a scratch will decrease even more. In return, Kisame - knowing of the poison's virulency - can safely wear down Sasori from afar using Goshokuzame [ ], Senjikizame [ ] or summoning real sharks [ ]. Should all those fail at tearing apart Hirukou's armor, Daikoudan no Jutsu does the job. Should Sasori manage to survive Daikodan, or evacuate Hirukou prior to its destruction, he is again exposed to constant shark assaults or another Daikodan; which, even in case it should fail at destroying his body, would eventually devour his Chakra, which is his life's very essence.

Even in a location not advantaging Kisame as heavily as the cave does, the results won't change. Once the terrain is flooded, Kisame will have a few Mizu Bunshin deal with Hirukou. The Senbon expelled by its left hand might be hard to dodge; they are, however, handily stopped by a defensive Suirou no Jutsu [ ]. The same goes for Satetsu Shigure and Satetsu Kaihou, should they be used. Summoning Sandaime Kazekage won't change the tides; as it takes time for Satetsu to be released [ ] and compressed into different shapes [ ] [ ], Kisame will be able to react just fine. Furthermore, he possesses much experience [ ], which Chiyo established as a requisite for quick reactions [ ]. Once the pressure becomes too high (or right away), Kisame releases Daibaku Suishouha and Suirou Same Odori no Jutsu is formed. In there, Sasori will be - once again - at Kisame's mercy. Just like Hirukou's traps, Satetsu will be heavily slowed down underwater. The same goes for Sandaime Kazekage himself as well as Sasori's hands, needed to navigate the puppet. At the same time, he will again be exposed to Kisame's continuous shark techniques; Sandaime Kazekage isn't preventing that. The only viable defense, a Satetsu dome surrounding both Sasori and Sandaime, comes with a variety of drawbacks; the most disadvantaging one being the loss of sight. Daikoudan can be easily used to devour the Chakra magnetizing Satetsu meanwhile, turning it into loose iron sand again; without being offered any resistance. The continuous loss of sight resulting from the now floating masses of sand could then be used to launch another attack.

Eventually, Sasori will succumb to the pressure. It's by no means an easy battle; Kisame takes it doubtlessly, though.

Lol with info sasori is taking to the skies immediately [he knows that kisame is a suiton user], at that point no amount of suiton is defending against satetsu.

Kisame has nothing to defend against such an attack, he will be peppered.

Kisame's jutsu move and cover the area much faster than Sasori can fly out of their range. Not to mention info only says they know what Akatsuki members would know about each other. As far as we know he only knows that he is Suiton user and can absorb chakra via Samehada, nothing else. So please tell me why he'd take to the skies (immediately at that) against Kisame with this kind of limited info? That makes no sense.

I don't see Sasori taking this. Kisame's suiton is just to strong to be out-done by some puppets.

Satetsu has broken the sound barrier. Is Bee faster than sound to you?

Before that, he has created a iron balloon that is thick enough to with stand the pressure of the water. Also, Water Dome is useless if he releases the poison fog around him in balloon. The gas is mixed with the water, rendering the area the water covers around Sasori poisonous. Kisame cannot attack, is if he does the poison may affect him. If he breaks the barrier, the water turns toxic, and Kisame needs to release the jutsu. Also, if the gets wounded while punching the iron, he gets poisoned.

Sasori either escapes freely, or Kisame releases the jutsu.

Kisame is the winner here, his brute strength is strong enough to crush his puppets.

If he shots an Ocean of Suiton, the iron sand, Sasori's mobility, and his puppet justus will be useless.

He can summon a thousand sharks to overwhelm the puppets and eat Sasori's heart.

Kisame can fly as well, Iron Sand won't help move Sasori underwater. (I don't think he can fly with the iron sand anyways)

Iron Ballon? Pretty sure it would take time for him to form such a thing, especially since his Iron Sand starts off mixed together meaning its hard to capture a cushion of air in the middle of the object

You only need to move Mach 2 at the most to break the Sound Barrier, Naruto characters move faster than that, especially speedsters like Killer B, so mentioning this feat is pretty much not helping you here. Satestu is easily evaded via Subterranean Voyage. Not to mention that post was a reply to Sasori being unable to blitz him.

@bold: Even if he did, how is making a balloon of Iron Sand even helping here? How is water dome useless? Its larger than any Iron Sand construct Sasori can create. If you are saying he'll trap him in the balloon before he releases the Water Dome, I'll just tell you Kisame evades, Subterranean Voyage is enough for him to evade Sasori's futile attempts to capture him.

-Iron Sand can be pushed away with Suiton.

-Flooding the area increases his mobility due to his sharks, which can be made from water or summoned.

Kisame getting trapped in an Iron Sand balloon is laughable, I could reply to the rest of your post, but its useless since you assumed he'd get captured despite having multiple ways to evade or counter.

This as well.
