If Sasori starts out in Hiruko, Kisame will win this fight with mid difficulty. The transition from Hiruko to Puppet body is too long, and he won't have time to set up the Sandaime Kazekage puppet. However, if he starts out with the Kazekage puppet, Sasori himself wins mid difficulty. There is no fanfiction about the possible shape of Satetsu and what Sasori can shape it to. He can manipulate it to mirror any shape possible, which was stated in the manga. Continuous Satetsu drizzle barrages on top of the Satetsu deep world (cage) would end Kisame should Sasori start out the Sandaime Kazekage puppet. Any other instances, Kisame wins.​
