ive been using Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 for a while...but i can never make a good sig out of it...i guess i just dont understand it or something, i dont know. any good tutorials?

There aren't much tutorials about Paint.pro. There used to be one, but because all the pictures were removed from it, it has become useless.
I would suggest you download GIMP. It's free and it looks a lot alike Paint.pro, only more advanced. Paint.pro isn't really suited for making good sigs, while you can do that with GIMP.
