It's straight I guess, hopefully it's a sound argument so I can continue to practice my debating skills
Right. So here's something light. Hopefully I don't have to bother explaining the obvious in how Kisame counters things like Hiruko, 100 puppets, and his main body as it truly is a bother. So I'll just counter Sasori's strongest puppet: the 3rd Kazekage.
First off, It appears

that the chakra or magnetic forces (infused with chakra) is being distributed to the Iron sand. So, I see no reason why chakra absorption wouldn't be able to stop its manipulation. Also, the same could be said

as well. So with that being said... I'll split Kisames counters to the Iron Sand in three sections; 1) Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (Giant lake) 2) Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha (Water Dome) and 3) Doton: Dochū Senkō (Subterranean Voyage)
1) Suiton: Bakusui Shōha
If Kisame happens to go this route as Sasori brings out the 3rd Kazekage puppet; then what are the chances that Sasori avoids the giant wave coming his way? [

] I don't believe Sasori is very agile, thus making the possibility of him avoiding this without being engulfed by the water doubtful. Especially seeing that it takes quite some time for the Iron Sand to to be spewed out of the Kazekage puppet [

] (Obviously Sasori would be able to pump it out faster if he was in some sense of urgency but my point still stands) As you can see it takes some time for the 3rd Kazekage to manifest enough iron sand to form it's first attack. Then it proceeds to spew out even more to create larger objects [

] Obviously Sasori is in the disadvantage as far as who makes the first move as it takes a single hand sign for Kisame to use his technique. With this, Sasori will be engulfed in water which would enter his wooden body and thus disabiling his movements almost completely while he is under water. And quite frankly, Kisame stomps from theree. But anyways, just for the sake of argument; let's say Sasori does in fact get out all of the Iron Sand while Kisame foolishly sits and watches.
He'll more then likely take flight on his iron sand magic carpet, correct? (Wouldn't be possible in the location you set, but whatever) But this is no big deal. We know that the amount of time Sasori is able to remain airborne is for how long the puppets chakra permits. Certainly not long enough to outlast Kisame, so Sasori will have to be on the offensive one way or another. The Suiton: Bakusui Shōha will provide Kisame a nice outlet to all incoming attacks from the Iron Sand, as he can easily submerge underwater. Now depending on the velocity of the Iron Sand impacting with the water, it'll either disintegrate or it'll at least slow down the iron sand tremendously as the water will provide so much of a resistance as well as wiping off the poison. Thus, allowing Kisame to easily absorb the chakra that is used to manipulate it and turn it into nothing but sinking specs of iron dust. Furthermore, Sasori will have to keep on exhausting the puppets chakra to create more sand to attack Kisame with. And, im not even mentioning the possibilities of Kisame going on the offensive... A single GSB hitting Sasori and the 3rd Kazekage puppet should completely wipe out there chakra, much less, destroy them.
2) Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha
I'm not going to go too much into detail if Kisame goes this route, as it should be fairly obvious what is the outcome. A WD and Kisamehada combo spells death for Sasori. Sasori will barely be able to move and the Iron Sand won't be moving as fast (If Sasori can still even use it at all), and will only be absorbed. Also, Kisamehada will be able to sense Sasori's chakra core and will undoubtedly target it. Yeah.... don't feel like going into detail at all, actually. This is clearly a game over for Sasori.
3) Doton: Dochū Senkō (Subterranean Voyage)
While Sasori initiates his Iron Sand barrages, Kisame can simply take refuge underground. This will allow him to avoid anything and everything Sasori and the 3rd Kazekage puppet has to offer. Kisame can even clone feint and send a Mizu Bunshin up to distract Sasori. Sasori is a stationary fighter and in this location he can't even take flight, so Kisame can simply pop up from underneath him, swing Samehada, and not only does Sasori's body get shredded, but he loses control of the Kazekage puppet as Samehada would absorb the strings. Again, don't feel like going any further into detail, but Kisame proceeds to shit from here.
In the event that Kisame somehow gets scratched with poison: It's worth mentioning that Chiyo got poisoned

and was still able to carry on fighting without an antidote for quite some time. Thus making it safe to say, that a simple scratch or sword slash wouldn't be enough to bring down the likes of Kisame who is A) Very durable, making poison peircing his skin a whole lot harder, and B) who is very pain resistant and strong minded. Especially, adding on to the fact that Samehada's cellular regeneration will be able to neutralize the poison from damaging the cells, as long as it's not a considerably huge amount.
In conclusion, Sasori doesn't stand a chance.
